TDViewer

TDViewer v2.0 displays the results from a .tdReport file by protein or proteoform and allows the user to filter by false discovery rate (FDR).

TDViewer has a newer version, please use the link below to install it.
Go to Version 3.0
The following prerequisites will be installed with the application:
  • Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.1 (x86 and x64)
